Paradigm Consulting provides both short/long term experienced Capture Managers. We provide Subject Matter Experts (SME) to assist our clients in assessing key market opportunities. We work with client decision makers to determine a specific business opportunity’s overall and specific viability from an investment and win probability perspective. We assess whether our client has the necessary credentials, past performance to win. We also and determine program validity, funding profile and applicable publicized timelines along with expected timelines for planning purposes. Additionally, we support the Marketing Representative in determining customer climate and determine profit potential, growth potential and recommend and propose potentially teaming structure to position our client for a win.
Paradigm Consulting continues to be called upon to run major strategic campaigns/captures for 8(a) contractors to Large Systems Integrators and assumed leadership for the full proposal life cycle activities for numerous clients on programs ranging from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars. We are hired to apply our methodologies, processes and years of experience to lead strategic capture efforts for multiple companies that ranged from 10 people to in excess of 100 people and from no subcontractors to 20 subcontractors. We have developed capture plans, overall win strategies and vision; built capture teams and orchestrated Key Personnel and Past Performance Strategies/Execution. We continue to be applied in developing creative bid approaches that fosters unique discriminators; development and management of capture and proposal win strategies, consistent themes, and a well conceived Capture Plan.
