Paradigm Consulting subject-matter experts (SME’s) determine the key business requirements that create business opportunities for our clients and qualify potential opportunities on the basis of public-sector requirements.
Several variables are considered in this process including budget availability, level of need and strategic potential. We identify senior decision-makers responsible for specific program areas and arrange for and/or facilitate meetings with agency decision-makers and influencers. As part of our business development engagement, Paradigm Consulting assists our clients with creating demand for the products and/or services offered and determine key contacts for that arena. We determine key business opportunities and help to position our clients including determining the most appropriate teaming strategy, determination of the Competitive Landscape and Intelligence Gathering relative to a specific business opportunity.
